Who We Are

Sunshine Health Foods is a local “mom and pop” store that has been independently owned since 1974 and has had the desire to bring health and joy to the Interior. We carry a large variety of products, including supplements, grocery, and bodybuilding, but also a library, gift section, and a cafe. Can’t find what you’re looking for? We will order specialty items upon request! Suggestions and ideas are always welcome and we especially love feedback from our customers. Remember, the first Tuesday of the month is Military and Senior Citizen Discount Day. Sign up for our free membership and build reward points that earn store credit on your account!

Sunshine Health Foods takes the lead with a diverse selection of organic oils extracted from across the globe, setting the standard for quality, purity and freshness! We stock over 40 different varieties, from a unique line of topical and carrier oils (used to dilute essential oils) to supplemental oils available in capsules or liquid for internal use. We have several styles of diffusers and three full lines of top-brand essential oils, including Aura Cacia, Nature’s Alchemy and our popular NOW brand. If you are a newcomer to making your own body & hair-care products, perfume, candles, soap, or bug repellent, we have books and a helpful staff to

get you started!

Here at Sunshine, we like to take extra-special care in catering to those blessed 'Mothers to be' and their new-born babies! We understand varying needs the mom and baby have during the different "pre & postnatal" stages and supply a diverse selection of nutritional supplements, lactation support, cold & colic, earth friendly bottles, diapers, and more.
